Master Terms and Conditions

This Master Terms and Conditions applies to all Partners who executed an agreement with Mews on or after February 26, 2025 and who are not subject to Master Terms and Conditions 4.0 (MTC 4.0). The Master Terms and Conditions is a dynamic document and may be updated periodically, with such updates becoming effective as specified in the applicable version of the terms.MTC 4.0 (available at https://www.mews.com/en/legal) applies only to Partners who executed an agreement with Mews for the provision of Mews Services prior to February 26, 2025, unless otherwise specified in their Agreement. MTC 4.0 is the only historical version of the Master Terms and Conditions that Mews maintains.

These Onboarding - Product Terms of Use apply to all Partners who executed an agreement with Mews on or after October 1, 2025. Partners who executed an agreement with Mews prior to October 1, 2025 are subject to the version 1.0 of the Onboarding - Product Terms.

POS DPA

This Addendum forms an integral part of any agreement which uses the Terms of Use(the "Terms") or any other terms concluded between Bizzon and you (the "Merchant", any such agreement as the "Agreement"). This Addendum supplements the terms of the Agreement; whereas in case of any conflicting terms between Agreement and this Addendum, this Addendum shall prevail unless the Parties explicitly agree in writing on specific derogations from this Addendum in the Agreement. This Addendum governs the Processing where the Merchant is a controller and Bizzon is a processor or sub-processor.

Payment Fees

The Card protection & tokenization fee is charged for every card tokenized and stored in Mews. Card is tokenized and stored every time when credit card data is provided to Mews regardless if the same card has been already tokenized and stored in the past.The Payment request fee is the fee charged for every payment request processed through a POS Terminal.Final rate for credit card payment is a sum of three individual fees:A flat fee is charged for all credit card payments regardless of the terminal type, input method, timeliness of submission, location of card issuer, location of business and other parameters.
