How does tokenization work?

When a guest pays the first time, their card is replaced with a secure token. That token can be reused for check-in, POS, kiosk, and checkout — without re-entering details.

Is tokenization secure?

Yes. Tokens contain no sensitive data and are fully PCI-compliant, making them useless to hackers and reducing fraud risk.

Do guests still need to show their card?

No. Once tokenized, the card is saved to the guest profile. Staff can charge it for incidentals or late payments without chasing the guest.

Is there an extra cost to tokenize cards?
