Online check-in is part of Mews Guest Journey. Any time before arrival, Incline Lodge guests can check themselves in via an online portal accessible from any device with internet. This means that when guests arrive, they can be shown straight to their room, while it also provides more opportunities for upselling and engagement during the check-in. Upon reopening after their renovation, Incline Lodge guests will also have the opportunity for a contactless check-in thanks to complimentary integrations with smart lock door code systems, which communicate seamlessly with Mews.
