Life House is an innovative hotel brand, management and software company. They operate hotels across the US, Mexico, and Canada, spanning roadside motels to 5-star luxury resorts. Life House is dedicated to making hotels more profitable and easier to operate, while encouraging a modern, more thoughtful way to travel with a seamless guest journey and unique experiences rooted in local history and heritage. Custom API connections
Challenge
Life House developed their own software that needed to connect to their hospitality cloud for easy use across all of their properties.
Solution
With Mews Open API, the Life House technical team is able to build custom integrations to the Mews platform. Once these APIs have been validated as secure, they can then integrate immediately with any Life House property, creating an agile and efficient tech stack.
Result
Life House Revenue Management and Marketing and Life House Guest Management solutions are easily accessible for every Life House property, allowing them to:
• Increase RevPAR: drive +35% higher net RevPAR through automated pricing and digital marketing intelligence
