Una is AI front desk employee able to communicate with guests via voice, phone or text chat. She can create reservation based on user requirements. Can modify and cancel reservations. Una can be deployed via website widget (that provides text and voice communication functionality) and as a phone number. Additionally Una can escalate guest queries to CRM/Email/Whatsapp and can forward calls to human managers. We are willing to deeply integrate with MEWS, letting Una manage hotel operations and cover more functionality as we move forward. Core technologies are: OpenAI gpt-4o, Anthropic Claude, VAPI, Deepgram, 11labs
For now we cover 4 basic functionalities:
1) create new reservations (with distributor API)
2) cancel the reservation (connector API)
3) new reservation with service (distributor + connector API)
4) reservation date modification (connector api)
