When a cancellation occurs, guests are notified and redirected into the booking experience, helping properties maximize RevPAR, reduce OTA reliance, and enhance guest satisfaction. RezyList is designed to solve a common challenge for hotels: missed opportunities when guests encounter sold-out dates or restrictions such as Minimum Night Stays (MNS) and room blocks. Instead of losing these direct booking guests to competitors or OTAs, RezyList enables them to join an automated waitlist directly on the property’s booking engine. When availability opens, the guest is notified and redirected back into the hotel’s direct booking experience to complete their reservation.

The integration with Mews ensures real-time synchronization, allowing RezyList to present accurate availability and restrictions for the guest’s desired dates. All interactions are handled by RezyList’s proprietary engine and are fully automated.
