It manages secure guests' access control and registers their activity on the Internet, assigning the bandwidth for each guest, and monitoring their access in real-time. It can be fully customised according to the hotel brand guidelines, and it is also a powerful marketing and communication channel with the hotel guests.
IPTV GUEXT_TV is the NETHITS IPTV system. It is a straightforward communication channel between the hotel and its guests: TV channels and Video on demand, entertainment, games, music, APPs, BYOD, hotel room services, facilities, events, and much more.
NETHITS integration with MEWS PMS guarantees that only the hotel clients and guests have exclusive access to the hotel's internet services and IPTV services. The integration architecture is based on a client/server model. Our platform acts as the client, and the MEWS PMS acts as the server. Our platform maintains the current room rack status of the hotel, according to the data sent by the server. The stored data is used to authenticate the guests and give them access to the Internet through NETSPOT and a personalised experience in our interactive IPTV platform.
