Keibell’s aim is to enable both guest self-service (for check-in, key cutting and online locks) using custom kiosks and web applications for guests and centralized remote guest attention for the company’s properties and will include the possibility of multimodal conversations with customers of valid reservations, keeping a record.
The purpose is to integrate and orchestrate a wealth of nowadays mature technologies, to reduce the need for on-site personnel.
