Heisenbug FastTrack is a modular self-service solution designed for hotels to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Our system is flexible and can be implemented at any property. FastTrack enables guests to check in and out quickly and independently, eliminating queues, reducing friction, and freeing up staff to focus on what really matters.
The Heisenbug FastTrack Kiosk allows guests to check in or out without waiting at reception. Guests can validate their booking by entering a booking reference, phone number, or by scanning their ID. Once validated, FastTrack retrieves all bookings for the associated group, allowing everyone in the party to check in at the same time.
The kiosk features an integrated card dispenser with a mounted key card encoder, which automatically encodes and dispenses room keys directly to the guest. After check-in, guests can use the kiosk to issue additional room keys or print access cards for storage rooms. When checking out, the guest simply inserts their key card into the kiosk. FastTrack then identifies the reservation, completes the checkout process, and presents the guest with an optional feedback screen. Our kiosks also feature opportunities for upselling during the check-in process.
