Genesis Call Accounting provides guest billing for their telephone usage, by monitoring telephone usage, applying a cost where applicable, and posting to the guest's reservation automatically. Genesis also provides a number of other capabilities (emergtency call alerting and management reports which are useful for back-office administration and resource planning) not directly related to guest billing, which are often helpful for hotels with additional services or resources (SPAs, for example).
