Introduction
The MEWS to Finnish Statistics (Tilastokeskus) connection is provided by Omniboost and ensures the transfer of required Statistics entries. The connection transfers the Statistics entries via API to Tilastokeskus - Finland's official national statistical agency.

Onboarding Process
The steps involved in connecting MEWS to your Finnish Statistics environment are outlined below. The expected onboarding timeline is 2 to 3 business weeks, starting from the moment your MEWS setup is correctly configured and the connection variables requested by Omniboost are provided.
- Request the Finnish Statistics (Tilastokeskus) connection via the MEWS Marketplace.
- Omniboost’s Onboarding team will contact you within three business days with further instructions.
- Finish your MEWS setup.
- Provide Omniboost with the requested connection variables.
- Omniboost to setup the connection.
- Omniboost to send test Statistic entry files.
- Validation of test Statistic entry files by the hotel accounting team.
- Omniboost to activate the Finnish Statistics connection.

- The total number of rooms sold (or beds).
- The Accommodation revenue total.
- A Purpose of Stay breakdown.
- A Breakdown of guest country of residence figures
