Cora is an Operations Management Platform, that wants to make hospitality easier optimizing the internal operational processes such as Housekeeping, facility processes, internal communications, Cost and Quality Analysis. Cora is based on a Cloud Dashboard where managers can plan and monitor the internal activities, and a very intuitive native App where the staff receives their personalized workflow routines.
The integration between Cora and Mews streamlines the operational management of accommodation properties by automating the assignment and tracking of housekeeping tasks in relation to guest reservations. Thanks to the connection between the two systems, Mews transmits reservation information to Cora, including guest details and assigned rooms. Cora uses this data to automatically generate and set the necessary and personalized workflow, based on the specifics of the stay. Once completed and confirmed by the staff, the cleanings are updated in Mews, allowing to check the status of each room directly from the PMS. This integration streamlines operational processes, reducing manual errors and ensuring a clear view of the situation of rooms.
