Conferma's integration with Mews Systems adds Service Order Notes to reservations which have been guaranteed with a virtual card. A TMC will make a reservation on their preferred platform, and Conferma will deploy a virtual card to guarantee the booking. This card is included in the reservation, and is then followed by an email 3rd Party Authorisation Form. The integration provides the 3rd Party Auth Form content as a Service Order Note, as well as a VCC Indicator Note highlighting that the card provided is a virtual card. The Authorisation note includes company detail, invoicing instructions and payment instructions that are not typically passed with the reservation detail at the time of creation.
