JustStay operates without reception desks. Upon booking, guests receive a confirmation email with all necessary details. 24 hours before arrival, they're sent a four-digit access code for both the hotel and their room. Registration can be completed at any time - either online or through a QR code on-site. Check-out is equally seamless, with no queues to worry about. The guest relations team instantly appreciated how Mews simplified their way of working.

JustStay aimed to streamline revenue management across all their properties with a single revenue manager, rather than five or six.

In addition, JustStay offers exclusive guided tours for locals, giving them a behind-the-scenes look at the modern, digital-first suites and rooms.

Expedia provides high visibility across 200 websites and native apps, along with expanded distribution through 90,000 travel agencies and business partners worldwide. This direct connection allows JustStay to receive reservations and manage inventory seamlessly within Mews.
Booking.com
This integration allows JustStay to receive Booking.com reservations and manage inventory directly in Mews. The connection automatically reports invalid payment cards and allows them to manage rates and restrictions easily.
